Our Condominium in Elua Village is also just a short walk to shopping, dining out and entertainment at world class resort hotels on adjoining properties: The Wailea Renaissance Beach Hotel; The Marriott Resort; The Four Seasons Resort; The Grand Wailea Resort; and the Fairmont Kea Lani Suites Hotel. These hotels have dining facilities which range from elegant to casual pool side food service. In addition, 'The Shops at Wailea' is a 5 minute walk from Elua Village and this newly reconstructed shopping village has a variety of clothing stores, art galleries, sundry shops, additional restaurants and other amenities.

For the walker or beachcomber, additional sandy crescents of beach stretch in both directions from Elua Village and provide our guests with the opportunity to walk and beachcomb for miles in either direction, either on the sand or on beachfront sidewalks.

Elua Village is a gated community with 24 hour security. All interior roadways are restricted to use by residents, guests and service vehicles only.

Elua has two pools, one which is oceanside, with a large lanai and barbecue area and a fully equipped kitchen area. The second pool is located in the center of the property and has a jacuzzi and lounge area. An additional barbecue area is located near our unit just steps from our front door and yet far enough away so that smoke from the barbecue fires is not a problem. A putting green and paddle ball court are also located on the grounds.

Just across the main road which runs through Wailea Resort, mauka of Wailea Elua Village, are the outstanding Wailea golf and tennis facilities. There are now three 18 hole championship golf courses; the Wailea Blue Course, the Wailea Gold Course, and the Wailea Emerald Course. There are also 15 tennis courts at the Wailea tennis facility. These facilities are available to our guests at special discounted rates. Tee times and tennis court times can be reserved by phone.
